Emily has a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Emily utilizes a person-centered approach to counseling in order to assist each client in achieving their highest potential, both personally and professionally.

JOB GOAL VALIDATION ASSESSMENT
Through a combination of counseling and guidance, as well as standardized assessments, the job goal validation assessment assists individuals in determining where their strengths, aptitudes and interests lie, and how they translate in to viable employment and educational paths.
CAREER EXPLORATION and POST-SECONDARY COUNSELING
Capabilities Consulting offers individualized vocational and post-secondary education counseling services tailored to the needs of each client. The focus of these services aims to provide individuals with the support, counseling and guidance needed to navigate their vocational and educational aspirations.
RESUME PREPARATION
As part of the job preparation process, Capabilities Consulting assists individuals in creating a professional resume. A resume is your opportunity to introduce yourself to potential employers, and we want you to make the best on-paper impression possible.
GUIDED CAREER EXPLORATION
Searching and applying for work can be an overwhelming and intimidating process. Capabilities Consulting offers guided career exploration for those who are ready to find work. We focus on identifying potential employment that aligns with what the individual sees for themselves vocationally, and we collaborate on how to successfully secure gainful employment.
VOCATIONAL COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE PACKAGE
While all of the above-listed services can be serviced on an individual basis, we also offer an all-encompassing vocational counseling and guidance package. This package of services includes the beginning phases of identifying appropriate vocational skills, the end phases of applying for potential employment and everything in between.
